A Message From Our Founder

When I founded Elite Academic Academy, I was not trying to build a school. I was trying to build hope. I had seen too many students fall through the cracks. Brilliant, capable learners who did not fit into the traditional mold. I wanted to prove that education could be done differently, that public school could feel personal, that teachers could feel trusted, and that learning could be built around the human at the center of it all.
As a widow, I mortgaged my home and, with a small team who believed in the vision, started this school with no promises, only faith and determination. Together, we built Elite from my kitchen table into a California Distinguished School ranking in the top six percent of the state, Honor Roll recognized in the top thirteen percent, WASC Accredited, and Marzano Level 1 and 2 Certified. It became the first non-classroom-based school to establish CTE HOSA and DECA chapters, achieving 30 to 40 percent growth year over year and maintaining a 98 percent teacher retention rate during my tenure as CEO.
Today, Elite continues to be a place where students rediscover belief in themselves. Learners who once felt forgotten find purpose and success. Students who never thought they would graduate walk the stage with confidence, while others earn Associate degrees as early as fifteen. Elite proves that when education is personal, flexible, and centered on human potential, every learner can thrive.
The courage that built Elite still lives within its community. That same spirit continues through the Elite X White Paper, which captures the lasting impact of Elite’s model on student growth, teacher empowerment, and innovation. It is also the story I share in The Arena, a reflection on how courage, conviction, and compassion create real change.
Elite will always stand for heart, innovation, and possibility. To the remarkable administrative team and educators who continue to lead with purpose and grace, you carry forward a legacy built on courage. You show the world every day what it truly means to #BeElite.
