RUNS JULY 1 THROUGH AUGUST 2, 2025
This period is focused on additional learning and academic support for students, allowing them to either catch up on credits or get ahead for the upcoming school year. This learning period is highly engaging, including high-quality A-G, CTE, and SEL courses designed to prepare students for future success.
What Happens After?
After the Level-Up learning period has concluded, our counselors will work to map a personalized journey for the rest of the school year. Students will continue on our year-round academic calendar which offers an extended 212-day academic year, ensuring students stay on track for graduation.
Flexibility: Families can enroll their child for as long as they desire.
Enrollment in this calendar option guarantees a spot for the full 212 day academic year. Whether you decide to leave after the Level-Up learning period or choose to stay for the rest of the school year, we are excited to be a part of your learning journey.
Students beginning the school year with us as part of our year-round track will take two accelerated semester-long courses on a block schedule starting July 1st and then work with the school counselor to personalize their courses for the remainder of the school year.
Elite Academic Academy is a year-round school. The Level Up learning period marks the beginning of our year-round school year, and students can remain with us for the remainder of the school year.
Elite Academic Academy maintains high levels of academic rigor year-round. By taking two accelerated semester-long courses during our Level Up learning period, students will be expected to complete work in their courses independently Monday – Saturday each week. Students should expect to dedicate instructional minutes daily as aligned with educational code.
Elite Academic Academy has spent years refining the art of independent study and remote learning. Providing a personalized approach to each student’s experience is at the heart of EAA’s mission. Students can expect to log into their courses Monday – Saturday each week to complete coursework and meet virtually with their content teachers for weekly live sessions and academic support. Each student is also paired with a Teacher of Record (TOR) who will act as a guide to both student and parent / guardian throughout your academic journey to help ensure you find success in our programs.
No, students are only able to be enrolled in one public school at a time. If you are taking coursework at your comprehensive high school during the month of July, you are not eligible to also enroll in and attend Elite Academic Academy’s year-round track.
Elite Academic Academy is a public school and must follow IDIEA law. Students with IEPS who enroll are required to participate in a 30-day transition IEP and ensure FAPE is received while with us. We will work with you and your home district to ensure a seamless transition.
Parents/students can request an official transcript through our website under the “Counseling” tab. Transcripts will be mailed directly to the home or to the next school the student will be attending per parent request.
Traditional Calendar Option
Enrollment for our 2025/2026 Traditional Calendar Option is now closed.
Traditional 2025/2026 Calendar - First Day of School is August 27th, 2025.
*Age Requirements for TK and Kindergarten:
Kindergarten: A child is eligible for kindergarten if they turn 5 years old on or before September 1st of the school year.
Transitional Kindergarten (TK): Starting in the 2025-26 school year, all children who turn four by September 1st will be eligible for TK.
Year-Round Virtual Academy Calendar starting July 1, 2025
This extended track offers additional academic school days for high school students to stay on track for graduation. This calendar runs for the entire school year and includes our in-demand Virtual Academy Level-Up learning period, which runs July 1st through August 2nd. Enrollment in this calendar option guarantees a spot for the full academic school year. Families have the flexibility to keep their child enrolled for as long as they like. This option is available to grades 9-12 high school students.

Common FAQs
Elite Academic Academy serves grades TK-12, ages 5–18.
No. Elite Academic Academy is a public school and free to families.
A child is eligible for kindergarten if they turn 5 years old on or before September 1st of the school year.
Transitional Kindergarten (TK), a year-long program designed to prepare children for kindergarten. Starting in the 2025-26 school year, all children who turn four by September 1st will be eligible for Transitional Kindergarten.
Once all required documents are received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our Admissions Department confirming your child’s enrollment.
Before school begins, families must meet with their assigned Elite Educator to sign additional documents. This step ensures everything is set for the start of the school year.
Our TK-12 Traditional Calendar option will begin on August 27th.
Our 9-12 Year Round Calendar option will being July 1st.

- Oral Health Report or waiver (TK, K, and 1st Graders only)
- Health Exam Form or waiver (TK, K, and 1st Graders only)
A Proof of Residency (POR) must match the address listed on the student’s application. Acceptable forms of residency include:
- Current utility bills (gas, electric, or cable)
- Property tax bill
- Rental/lease agreement
- Any government-issued document
Please note that all documents must be dated within the last 60 days and should include the parent/guardian’s name as listed on the application.
If a family lives with someone else and cannot provide a bill in their name, please reach out to our Admissions Department for a Residency Affidavit.
To obtain information on required immunizations for your child, please go to the California Department of Public Health’s website: TK-12th Grade Required Immunizations
Students will be enrolled in the appropriate grade level based on their date of birth as determined by the California Department of Education (CDE). If a
student has repeated a grade previously, documentation from the previous school must be provided.
Retention is a matter that must be discussed with the academic team after enrollment has been completed. For more details, please refer to the Parent-Student Handbook.
During the first meeting with your student, parent/guardian, and Elite Educator, you will collaborate to design an individual learning plan tailored to guide your student toward their academic goals. This plan will serve as a roadmap for their success at Elite Academic Academy. Additionally, you will receive your first assignments to kick-start your student’s education with Elite!
