Aligned to California State Code

Thank you for your interest in Elite Academic Academy. Our open Enrollment Window for the 2023/24 school year has come to a close.

Moving forward, we will be implementing a waitlist for prospective families, from which we will pull when space becomes available. In order to be placed on this waitlist, please complete the short form below.

As enrollment fluctuates and changes in the months leading up to summer and the new school year, we will be reviewing enrollment space availability weekly to see if space has become available.

Space availability is based on the student’s grade level, county, and academy chosen for enrollment

Please watch your email for information from us. If we have determined that we have space for your student, we will send you an email notifying you, and then a generated link will be sent from our system.

If you have any questions, please reach out to our admissions department at: [email protected]

Please review the video and graphic below to help determine the academy of your choice.

What document works for a Proof of Residency (POR)?

Please note, all items must be dated within the last 60 days and include the parent/guardian on the application’s name.

Required Immunizations

To obtain information on required immunizations for your child, please go to the California Department of Public Health’s website: TK-12th Grade Required Immunizations

What if I wish to change my child’s grade level?

Students will be enrolled in the grade level based on their date of birth as determined by the CDE. If a student repeated a grade level previously, documentation must be provided by the previous school. Retention is something that must be discussed with the academic team AFTER enrollment has been completed. Please see the parent student handbook for more information.

Or…

Should the decision regarding promotion/retention/acceleration of a student be in question, the final decision of placement will be made upon completion of an SST and review of documentation and recommendation of the student’s teacher(s) and in consultation with parents. Currently enrolled students in grades 7-8 can only be retained for primarily academic purposes as deemed throughout the SST process.

During the first meeting, the student, parent/guardian, and Elite Educator will discuss and design an individual learning plan which will be utilized to lead the student towards their academic goals. You will also receive your first assignments to get started on your education with Elite!
