Once a purchase order is received and all lessons are completed, submit your invoices through our Online Purchasing System or send an invoice with the community partner information, invoice number, student name, PO number, and amount to the Accounts Payable Department via email to [email protected].

All invoices from community partners that utilize our ACH payment option are paid on “net 30” term as referenced in our community partner agreements, and all other community partners will be paid on “net 45”.  For questions about payment of invoices, please contact our Accounts Payable Department via email at [email protected].

No community partner should provide any service or materials to any Elite Academic Academy student without having a copy of a current purchase order.  Elite is only obligated to pay for classes/materials after a purchase order has been processed and sent. If you feel that a purchase order is misplaced, please contact our Community Partner Relations Department via email at [email protected].

Elite Academic does not accept backorders. Please cancel the items in your ordering system and state “cancelled” on the packing slip. The Elite staff member that originally ordered the materials can re-order them at a later date.
